Coast Guard Auxiliary Mathews Flotilla 66 issued lifetime Boating Education Certificates to 12 participants in its most recent “Boat Virginia—a course in responsible boating” class, required for operators of personal watercraft and motorboats of 10 horsepower or greater and sponsored by the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources.
