Eleven students received their lifetime Boating Education Certificates after completing the Boat Virginia class taught by members of Mathews Flotilla 66 of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary on Saturday, Oct. 26, at the Mathews Volunteer Rescue Squad building in Hudgins.
