More than 2,000 attended last weekend’s Blue Crab Arts & Crafts Festival, hosted by The Chesapeake Bay Croquet Club at the club’s property in Hartfield. The event featured original works of art, live music, a DJ, beer and wine garden hosted by Zoll Vineyards and the Gloucester Brewing Company, as well as some amazing seafood such as the tray shown below prepared by Chef Andre Smith, Director of Dining Services at Commonwealth Senior Living. Festival coordinator Macey White said the club plans to make it an annual event and hopes for an even bigger turnout in 2024.
