Blaine Scott Snow, 67, of Chilhowie, Va., died on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023. He was a former resident of Gloucester County.
He was born in Marian, Va., and was preceded in death by his parents, Betty Lou and George Snow.
He served in the United States Coast Guard in Sitka, Alaska, and retired from the paper mill in West Point.
Survivors include his son, George Snow.
Funeral arrangements will be held at a later date.
