On Sunday, Sept. 24, 10 members of the Middle Peninsula Bird Club and Middle Peninsula Master Naturalist Chapter participated in the Coastal Virginia Birdathon, a birding challenge to benefit the Coastal Virginia Wildlife Observatory.
