The Middle Peninsula Bird Club will guide participants in a bird outing at 8 a.m. Tuesday at Brent and Becky’s Bulbs, 7900 Daffodil Lane, in Ware Neck. Bring binoculars to see the variety of birds found on the property. Spring bird migration has begun so those in attendance should start seeing a change in species; different warblers will be moving through the area and winter visitors such as juncos will be departing. Brent and Becky’s Bulbs is listed as a birding “hotspot” on eBird (Cornell University’s website of citizen birding observations), https://ebird.org/home. The Middle Peninsula Bird Club is an informal group with no membership fees. All levels of birders are welcome. More information can be found on the club’s Facebook page.
