Billie Mann Allen, 80, entered into eternal rest on Aug. 24, 2014, at home surrounded by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert (Sid) Allen, and brothers, Farley Ray Mann and Farley Cecil Mann.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Holt Incorminias of Williamsburg; brother Walter Williams and his wife Naomi of Spartanburg, S.C.; and nephews Dwight, Keith and Scott; aunt, Margrette Buchanan of Portsmouth; Pat Bonner and Jan Davis of Chesapeake and Coanthra Church of Kingsport, Tenn.; half brother, Bill Williams, and half sister, Peggy Sharpe; granddaughter, Julia Holt (Scott Carpenter) of Williamsburg; grandson, John Travis Holt and wife Jamie of Virginia Beach; and great-grandchildren, Ramsey Hayyat and Madison.

The family extends special thanks to Riverside Hospice (Megan and Laura) for all their help and support, and Fresenius Dialysis Family on John Tyler Highway, Williamsburg, with special thanks to Anne McCray.

The family will receive friends and family from 5 – 7 p.m. at 115 Indian Circle, Williamsburg, on Sept. 6, 2014.
