Jennifer Whitt, at right, presented the Best Team Trophy to the father-son duo Doug and Grayson Rowe at Saturday’s Middle Peninsula Classic Cruisers’ Daffodil Car Show at the Main Street Center. The Rowes received the trophy for their work in converting a two-wheel drive 1984 Chevy C/K Series pickup truck to a four-wheel drive. Whitt, who created Ant’s GANG (Going After New Goals) to honor the memory of her late son, Antonie “Ant” Robert Whitt, will present the award at the car club’s July and November car shows to recognize parents who are working with their children to keep young people from getting into trouble.
