The Baystars soccer teams had another action-packed weekend full of victories.
White Caps
The White Caps 9U team crushed the Chesapeake United SC’s Hot Spurs on Saturday, 10-0. Ryan Seay led the team in scoring with three goals and closed the matched out at goalkeeper. Two goals each were scored by Graham Kittrell and Noah Ford. Watt Brockenbrough, Arimus Stevenson and Bryce Dautzenberg each scored once.
Swordfish
The Swordfish 13U team traveled to Churchland over the weekend where they dominated the Churchland Flames, 10-0. Melanie Mueller led the team on offense with three goals and one assist. Savannah Blankenship had two scores and one assist. Carley Phelps, Lacey Donnelly, Rylyn Wilmoth, Greylyn Sewell and Skyler Collins all scored one goal each. Madalyn Gray led the team in assists with three. The Swordfish defense only allowed the opposing team to take one shot on goal. The Swordfish have outscored its opponents, 24-8, this season.
