The Baystars Captains 11U soccer team was victorious over Beach FC Barcelona on Saturday, 5-1. Owen Thomas scored twice for the Captains, while Joey LaCosa, Tyler Byrne and Austin Sutton scored once each. LaCosa and Dean Christensen also recorded one save each. Goalkeeper Liam Tiller had several saves on the day and only allowed one ball to slip by. Shane Mosher and Collin Hudgins were applauded for their defensive play.
