Bay School’s wine dinner rescheduled to March 2

A Progressive Portuguese Wine Dinner originally scheduled for this Sunday at the Bay School Community Arts Center and the White Dog Bistro has been postponed to Sunday, March 2, because of concerns about the weather.
A press release said the dinner will be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on March 2, starting at the Art Speaks Gallery on Main Street with a glass of Porto Tonico or wine and appetizers from Kelsick Specialty Market, then proceeding to the White Dog Bistro at 6:10 p.m. for a five-course authentic Portuguese tapas-style (petiscos) dinner. Dinner includes two glasses of Portuguese wine, and a cash bar will be open.
Tickets are $125 for Bay School members and $135 for non-members. They may be purchased in person in the Art Speaks Gallery, via mail by sending a check to The Bay School, P.O. Box 1524, Mathews, Va. 23109, or online at bayschool-arts.com/pages/portuguese-progressive-dinner. They may also be reserved by calling 804-725-1278.
