Barbara V. Mincy, 58, of Gloucester, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012.

Her memory will be cherished by daughter, Nakesha K. Mincy; brother, Emmitt Page; beloved companion, Steven White.

A funeral service will be held at noon, Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Shiloh Baptist Church, Yorktown. Burial will follow in church cemetery. Viewing will be from noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, April 27, 2012, at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. to noon at the church before the funeral on Saturday.
