The Friends of Dragon Run recently presented the Bald Cypress Award to Grant Ballard. Ballard, a CPA at Ballard and Serio CPAs, has been preparing the group’s tax returns for 37 years. His service started with the inception of the foundation whose goal was to purchase and preserve a 203-tract of the Dragon Run swampland, which is near Church View in Middlesex County.
