U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 66 Operations Officer Ray Procopio, right, was named Flotilla 66 Auxiliarist of the Year for 2020 during a virtual auxiliary meeting on Jan. 12. Here, Auxiliary Commander Nick Koch presents Procopio with the award at the recipient’s home on Queens Creek. A press release said that Procopio “works tirelessly for the public and flotilla” and that he is always willing to mentor, lead and assist with promoting boating safety and education.
