Julie L. Churchill has relocated her law office from one side of the Gloucester Court Circle to the other. She opened her new office next to the Birdsall Building in early January, after moving from an office on Lawyers Row.
Churchill specializes in criminal defense, representing clients throughout the Middle Peninsula and Peninsula. She also handles family law matters that include custody, child support and adoptions.
Civil law is another service Churchill can provide, with wills and landlord-tenant issues among those type cases.
Karen Hazelwood of Gloucester is a legal assistant for Churchill.
Previously, Churchill worked at another Gloucester law firm and most recently was in a law partnership here. She worked in the Gloucester Commonwealth Attorney’s Office as an assistant commonwealth’s attorney for two years.
Earlier in her career, Churchill taught in public schools in Arizona, Texas and North Carolina.
