Atlantic Union collects nearly 7,000 lbs. of food donations

The holidays are a season for giving, and this season Atlantic Union Bank is helping to fill families’ tables with the generous donations from its company-wide food drive. Thanks to customers, partners and teammates, the bank collected 6,774 pounds of non-perishable food.
As part of an ongoing commitment to the communities it serves, Atlantic Union Bank, in partnership with Feed More, is providing hunger relief to individuals and families. Over the next three years, the bank has pledged 250 volunteer hours per year and will donate a total of $250,000 toward that goal.
“Atlantic Union Bank is grateful to everyone who donated items to help alleviate hunger in our local communities,” said Nathalia Artus, Head of Community Impact at Atlantic Union Bank. “Year-round, millions of Americans are affected by food insecurity and aren’t sure where their next meal will come from. Hopefully, the food we’ve collected will give families in need some relief and make this holiday season more enjoyable....
