Art Speaks on the Bay show ends June 2

The Art Speaks Gallery will mark the end of its fifth annual Art Speaks on the Bay juried art show with a closing reception from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, June 2, at the gallery on Main Street, Mathews.
The casual reception will offer simple snacks, wine and beer, and a chance to visit with exhibiting artists. The show ends when the gallery closes at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 3.
Also on June 3, the Bay School will participate in the Mathews County-wide Yard Sale with an art yard sale on the front patio. Anyone with art-related items to donate may drop them off at the Bay School.
The Bay School will be open late on Thursdays and Fridays for the summer, through Market Days. The gallery will be open until at least 6 o’clock those evenings.
Teen Open Studio, a free time for teens to create art in the Bay School studios, will continue every Friday from 3-6 p.m.
