Art raffle

A stained-glass heron window hanging by Angel Rowe is being raffled off as a fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters by the York River Circle of The King’s Daughters and Sons. Rowe donated the piece in memory of her mother Frances Cooper and her sister Robin Cooper-Carmine and in honor of Carolyn T. Rowe, a York River Circle member. Tickets are $5 and are available at the Silver Box on Main Street in Gloucester. The winner will be announced at the Virginia Branch meeting in October.
