Are you in the mood for seafood?

“We have enjoyed cooking together and entertaining family and friends for many years.” Now Amy Blanock and Rob Martin are providing their culinary knowledge for all to enjoy at the Seafood Shack, located on the M&M Building Supply parking lot at Mathews Court House.
The past year 2020 will go down in history in many configurations, but for these entrepreneurs it will be recorded as a very good year in their history book.
They explain: “In January of 2020 we decided to buy a food trailer. After months of planning we took the leap of faith ordering a custom trailer. The new trailer’s delivery date for completion was April 15. Then with the pandemic the builder was forced to shut down and our target date got pushed.
“After several months of delays on the trailer and finally receiving our Health Department Certification, we pulled into our site on July 8 and opened for business. Our state of the art food trailer offers a fresh Seafood Market and a kitchen serving Bay-style meals.” In l...
