Anthony Rosano and the Conqueroos come to Flat Iron

An eclectic blend of talent will perform Friday at Flat Iron Crossroads, with blues-rocker Anthony Rosano and the Conqueroos being joined on stage by jazz saxophonist Ron Holloway.
Rosano has drawn comparisons to a wide variety of artists, from SRV and Rory Gallagher to Led Zeppelin and Bruce Springsteen. He’s known for delivering a fiery live show and for his refreshing original American Blues Rock songs. Holloway, whose own band is known for delivering “a full-on funk, rocking show,” has traveled extensively with the Warren Hayes Band and is a frequent guest of such bands as Tedeschi Trucks Band and The Allman Brothers Band.
The doors open at 5:30 p.m. with catering by Short Lane Eats, serving a Mexican inspired menu to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.
The show starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 when ordered online at flatironcrossroads.com. They will be $18 at the door.
The venue is located at 7709 Flat Iron Road, Gloucester, across from Brent and Becky’s Bulbs.
