A funeral for Annette Yvonne Driver, 75, of Ark, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 2 in Shepherdsville Baptist Church, Ark. She died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014.

Survivors include her husband, John A. Driver; two daughters, Joan Combs and Sherry Roberts; three sisters, Barbara Howard, Diane Parker, and Jeannie Belches, and four grandchildren.

The Rev. Fred Carter will conduct the service.
