Andrew “Andy” Arthur Olson, 82, of Hudgins, Va., passed away on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014.

He was retired from U.S. Coast Guard.

He was predeceased by a son, Bennett Olson.

He is survived by his wife, Mary K. Olson; three daughters, Maureen Olson, Kathleen DeForge (Doug) and Eileen Emerson; two sons, Andrew Kelley Olson and Sean Olson (Virginia); nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

The family received friends on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014, from 10-11 a.m. at the Church of Francis de Sales, Mathews, Va., followed by a funeral service at 11 o’clock. Burial followed the service at the Church of the Visitation, Topping, Va.
