Allen Burton “A.B.” Marshall Jr., 65, of Gloucester, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2014.

He was the owner of Marshall Paint Company, and was a local waterman for many years.

He was predeceased by his parents, Lilly May and Allen Marshall Sr.; sister, Joan Green, and brother, George Everett Marshall.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Fields Marshall; his daughter, Stephanie Marshall (John Landry), and grandson, Allen John “AJ” Landry; as well as his surviving brothers, Russell (Deborah) Marshall, Coleman H. “C.H.” Marshall, and Daniel Marshall, and many nieces and nephews.

The family received friends at Andrews Funeral Home on Sunday, July 6, 2014, from 4-5:30 p.m. A graveside service was held on Monday, July 7, 2014, at 11 a.m. in Bellamy Memorial Cemetery by the Rev. Kenneth Waclo.

Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, Gloucester, was in charge of arrangements.
