Ahoy there! Food truck offers Shore Bites and more

Thirty-seven years ago a young sailor from Florida stationed in this area met a young girl from Middlesex; thus Richard and Bonnie French began their lives together. They have lived in Gloucester County for 34 years.
For thirty of these years Richard, after serving five years in the Navy, became a boiler tender and Bonnie worked with children in kindergarten and older. When his job demanded many extra hours, which meant Bonnie spent many hours alone, he decided that “it was time to make a change.” Richard decided being in the culinary world would be a good way to stay busy. They put their plan into action and four years ago their Shore Bites food truck was in operation and on the road.
Shore Bites offers a variety of home-cooked foods. “Everything we serve is cooked to order,” Richard emphasized. “Bonnie is at the window taking orders and collecting, and I am cooking as they come in.
