The Northern Neck-Middle Peninsula Chapter of the Virginia Aeronautical Historical Society will hold its monthly meeting next Thursday, March 20 at the Pilot House Restaurant at Hummel Field on Route 3, Topping.
Jeff Hayman will share his 20-year search for a Chinook helicopter lost in Vietnam. The March 20 program will begin with a meet and greet at 11:30 a.m., lunch at noon and the program at 12:30 p.m.
The chapter holds monthly buffet lunch meetings, along with presentation on aviation issues, on the third Thursday of the month at the Pilot House.
Everyone interested in aviation is invited. Monthly presentations topics include current and historical civilian and military aviation and some other topics.
