Phillip Bradshaw, President of Ruritan National Foundation, spoke at the Abingdon Ruritan Club at the club’s March 11 membership meeting. Bradshaw gave an overview of the foundation’s purpose and benefits. He focused on the Build Your Dollar program, which allows clubs to partner with the foundation to provide scholarships for students attending 2- and 4-year colleges and trade schools.
