Jeannie Smith-Pendergraft at left, president of Sanctuary of Hampton Roads LLC, was guest speaker at the Abingdon Ruritan Club’s monthly meeting Monday. In her talk, she focused on holistic lifestyles and the role ergonomics play into our daily lives. Correct posture and balance can make a big difference in how healthy we really can be, she said. Also during the meeting, the club received an award from Ruritan National as “Top 3” Large Club for securing new members.
