Aaron Leigh Sherman of Gloucester County, passed away on November 30, 2024 at the age of 44. He was born in Utica, N.Y., to Gail Jean Sherman. Aaron served four years in the United States Air Force before transitioning to a Civilian Government Firefighter, starting at Fort Drum in Watertown, N.Y., and relocating to Fort Eustis, Va. Aaron enjoyed his rides with friends and loved ones on their motorcycles. He also loved the water and would often be found on his boat in the summer, including many friends and family. Aaron is survived by his son, Maverick J. Sherman, and Maverick’s mother, Amanda R. Williams; his mother, Gail Sherman Holt and husband Terry W. Holt, and his sister, Jennifer M. Holt, all of Gloucester. The family received friends at Hogg Funeral Home on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 2-3:30 p.m. The inurnment will be private.
