Tidewater Shrine Club president Rob Parker, at left, presented Steve Bailey of S & B Mufflers and Brakes of Hayes with its 21st year donor plaque, representing over $2,100 worth of support. These donations support the transportation of children with disabilities and their families to Shriners Hospital, where they will be provided with care. All the Shriners work hard to collect funds to aid in the care of children “and all have big smiles on their faces when accepting help from the community and see the heartening results of all of their efforts,” a release stated.
