2 exhibits on display at RAL Art Center

“Say It with Flowers” and “Crops and Gardens” are two exhibits currently on display at the RAL Art Center, 19 N. Main Street, Kilmarnock.
Over 91 pieces of art in a wide variety of mediums are included in the two exhibits, from paintings to sculpture to fiber art.
Among the pieces in the Say It with Flowers exhibit is “My Favorites,” an acrylic painting by Brenda Sylvia that won first place from judge Lindsey Kincaid. “Past the Meadow,” an acrylic and oil painting by Lara Brady, took second place, and third place went to “A Moveable Feast,” a fiber work by Barbara Brecher.
“Like Grandma’s Garden,” a pastel by Jody Ball, took first place in the Crops and Gardens exhibit, with “Grandma’s Garden” by Mary Asbell taking second place and “Early Harvest” by Tam Norman garnering third.
