The Balloon Boutique, located in Gloucester’s White Marsh Shopping Center, is celebrating 15 years of business this month. Owner Eileen Davis, left, said that after 15 years she still loves what she does. She said it’s fun and relaxing which makes it easy to come in every day. To celebrate, the Balloon Boutique is offering 15 percent off all regular orders throughout March.
